David Berokoff
Manager of Technology Development, Sempra Energy utilities

Mr. Berokoff is currently responsible for all technology program activities at SEu including RD&D, technology venture fund, emerging technologies and strategic technology roadmapping. Mr. Berokoff has over 25 years experience in the energy industry. He is a licensed mechanical engineer and has experience in HVAC, Combined Heat and Power, plumbing and energy systems design, plan checking, venture fund management, RD&D, strategic planning and business development. Mr. Berokoff launched SEu’s technology venture fund in 1999 and manages its equity investment portfolio. Mr. Berokoff also developed the innovative Sustainable Communities Program whereby SEu designs, installs, owns and operates efficient, clean energy systems located at customer sites. Mr. Berokoff is a licensed mechanical engineer in the State of California.
