Flint R. Craig President & CEO Pentadyne Power Corporation
Mr. Craig joined Pentadyne in July of 2001 as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. In May of 2005, he assumed the role of Chief Operating Officer responsible for all day-to-day business activity. In August of 2005, Mr. Craig was appointed by the Board of Directors to serve as President & CEO.
Prior to joining Pentadyne, Mr. Craig was Vice President, New Business Development at the Miami Herald Publishing Company, where he was responsible for strategic planning, new business startups and acquisitions. Through startups and acquisitions, Mr. Craig built and managed a portfolio of niche businesses totaling $20 million in annual revenue. He managed a sales and operations staff of 50 employees.
Prior to joining the Miami Herald, Mr. Craig was an associate with NYC-based CoView Capital, a boutique investment bank specializing in mergers and acquisitions for middle market companies. Prior to joining CoView, he was a manager with Mitchell Madison Group, a strategic consulting firm with roots at McKinsey & Company. At Mitchell Madison, Mr. Craig led the development of business strategies for Fortune 500 clients including Chase Manhattan Bank, General Electric and American Express. Mr. Craig began his career as an associate with the accounting firm PriceWaterhouseCoopers, where he was involved in business valuation and econometric modeling.
Mr. Craig earned a BS degree in Mathematics from Southern Methodist University. He earned an MBA in Finance from Columbia University, where he graduated with honors.
