Steven Sperry has spent 15 years building and leading entrepreneurial software companies. In 1989 he founded Primus, a customer relationship management software company, where he was Chairman and CEO. Primus went public in 1999. In 1999 he founded Acadio, an Internet-based learning company, where he was Chairman and CEO. In 2003 Steven joined Verdiem, a developer of software that improves the energy efficiency of computer networks, where he is currently President and CEO. In 1993 Steven founded the Consortium for Service Innovation, a standards-setting organization for technical support. He earned an M.S. Physics from the University of Washington in 1986.
